Common questions

How do I back up my data?

Sign into iCloud and enable iCloud Drive for SubTap — your data is automatically mirrored to your private iCloud database and restored when you reinstall or set up a new device.

Will my data sync between my devices?

Yes — if you are signed into the same iCloud account on each device and have iCloud Drive enabled for SubTap. Data is mirrored to your private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel a subscription I purchased in the app?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to manage Apple-handled subscriptions. SubTap’s “Pro” tier is currently a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

How do I delete all my data?

Delete the app from your device. If you used iCloud sync, also remove the SubTap container from iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
