Help with the Till Zero app for iOS

Till Zero is a race-the-clock number puzzle for iPhone, made by Geesoft. If something isn't working — or you just have a question — you'll find answers below, and a way to reach us at the bottom of this page.

How do I remove ads?

Till Zero is free to play and supported by ads. A single one-time purchase removes them forever: from the main menu, tap Remove Ads and complete the purchase.

Optional rewarded ads — like watching a short video to continue a run — remain available after the purchase. They only ever play when you choose to watch one.

I bought Remove Ads, but ads came back

Your purchase is permanent and tied to your Apple Account, so it's never lost. On a new device or after reinstalling, Till Zero restores it automatically — there's nothing to tap:

If you're on the right Apple Account and ads still show after reopening the app, email us and we'll sort it out.

High scores and leaderboards

Leaderboards and achievements are powered by Apple's Game Center. To compete, sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center.

Your best scores are also synced with Game Center, so deleting and reinstalling the app won't lose them — they're restored automatically once you're signed in.

Changing your ad privacy choices

You can change your tracking choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you're in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can also change or withdraw your ad consent via Privacy Options — found on the Remove Ads screen, or directly in the main menu if you've already purchased Remove Ads.
